Feasibility Study for Construction of Four New Freeways
Investment feasibility assessment, corridor evaluation, traffic demand forecasting, and implementation advisory
The Feasibility Study for Freeways project assessed the viability of four major freeway corridors in Iran: Arak–Qom, Andimeshk–Ahvaz, Tehran–North Lot 3, and Shiraz–Bushehr, with a combined length of approximately 570 km. The study focused on evaluating foreign and domestic investment opportunities, together with the economic, technical, and environmental feasibility of these strategic transportation corridors.
The assessment covered market research, cost–benefit evaluation, risk assessment, traffic demand projections, financial modelling, and environmental impact considerations. The study provided stakeholders with informed recommendations on investment strategies and project implementation, supporting regional connectivity, economic growth, and sustainable infrastructure planning.
