Integrated road network, access, circulation, and internal street design
Axiom was engaged to support the development of the road network for Neighborhood 12D within Sultan Haitham City. The assignment focused on creating a safe, reliable, and operationally efficient mobility framework that supports the neighborhood’s long-term development and integration with the wider urban structure.
The scope included the planning and design of primary and secondary access roads, internal streets, intersections, parking areas, and pedestrian circulation routes. The design approach considered existing site conditions, anticipated traffic demand, functional access requirements, constructability, cost-effectiveness, safety, and future expansion needs.
